This page describes how Obelyr handles personal information collected through obelyr.com. The Obelyr platform itself is self-hosted on customer infrastructure and does not transmit customer data to us — that's the whole point.

What we collect on this website

When you fill in the demo or contact form, we store the fields you submitted (name, work email, company, role, team size, message) together with the timestamp, the browser user-agent string, and the IP address of the request. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

What we don't collect

No third-party analytics. No advertising trackers. No social-media pixels. We don't have a marketing automation platform syncing your behaviour back to a CRM you can't see.

How we use it

We use submitted information to schedule and run demos, to answer questions, and to follow up on commercial conversations you initiated. We don't sell, lease, or share this information with third parties, with the limited exception of a customer-relationship platform we use to track our pipeline (the platform is contracted under a data-processing agreement that mirrors this commitment).

Retention

Demo and contact submissions are retained for as long as the commercial conversation is active, plus a reasonable archival period for audit. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to hello@obelyr.com.

Your rights

Under applicable privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@obelyr.com with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the revision date below.
